Well I have never heard of a wind fish song...but as for the milk bar. First you need to blow up the big boulder on Milk Road on the first day. Talk to Talon and she will give you Epona if you say you will help her that night. Come back to the ranch at the time she tells you and fight off the aliens. If you fight off the aliens until dawn they will go away and you will have saved the ranch. If you then talk to Talon's mother Malon (i think thats her name) she will ask you if you would like a ride into town. Accept and ride along with her when she leaves. She will ask for your protection on the way to town because there might be thieves on the way there. If you keep shooting them with your arrows you will make it to town. She will be very thankful for you helping her and give you a mask called Romani's Mask. This cow mask provides as a membership card to get into the milk bar at any time. Good luck!

Wind fish song? Did you confuse this with another game? Whatever, but to gain member ship, you have to stay and fight of the aliens in the ranch, then help Romani's sister protect the milk from being stolen in her wagon, if you help protect them successfully, you are given Romani's Mask, wear it and you should be allowed in the bar.

You cannot learn the windfish song, but you can play it. To get the Romani Mask you need to purchase a Powder Keg on the 1st day and use it to blow up the rock heading to Romani Ranch, talk to little girl, after your target practice stay there all night and refuse any aliens from reaching the ranch. After the night is over talk to the girl again then fast forward to the next day, talk to the older girl and agree to help her with her milk delivery that night, wait till then and after you keep her cart save from the bandits she'll give you the mask right outside ClockTown. Now that you can go in, jump on stage and play the notes the zora gives you, transform into the deku, goron, and zora repeat, afterwards you'll play the Ballad of the Windfish and Ingo (or whatever his name is) will give you a crying mask.

There is no windfish song.
To get the Romani's mask, which is the membership, you have to go to the first day and have the Goron Mask and you can buy a Powder Keg from the bomb shop from the goron* for 50 Rupees. Then go Milk Road. You will see a boulder. Blow that boulder up with the Powder Keg*. Go to the little girl and talk to her. Say yes to practice. You have to blow up all 10 balloons with your arrows. After that is done, you can play the Song of Double Time** (if you don't have the Inverted Song of Time on***). Wait until 2:30 A.M. The little Girl will come out (you don't need to talk to her). Just get your stuff ready and don't let the aliens get to the place where the little girl went. If you need more arrows, there are boxes around the house, so roll into them and then arrows will come out. After you are done, play the Song of Double Time again**. Go inside and then outside the house. You will see the little girl's older sister. Talk to her and say "Yes". Then you have to face the Gorman brothers. Just keep shooting them with your unlimited arrows and don't let them get to the milk. After you are done this, you will get the Romani's mask.
If you want to see what that is for, first get all the transformation masks (Deku, Goron, Zora), then go inside with the Romani's mask on. Talk to the Zora on the stage and play the song. Do this with everone and you will play a song. Then talk to the Gorman in the seat and then you will get the Circus Leader's mask.

I think you got the windfish song mixed up with the New Wave Bossa Nova (the Zora song for this game). You need to make sure that all (or most) of your bottles are empty. Go through the pirates fortress and get the eggs inside the tanks. I think there is 4 eggs there. Take a picture of a pirate w/ the pictobox. Then, go back to shore. Talk to a guy in a hut that holds a seahorse. Show him the pic for the seahorse. Go to the spot between the Rock pillar-looking things. Go to the sea floor and release the seahorse. Follow it to a spot where 7 sea snakes live. Kill them and take the treasure they leave behind (the other 3 eggs are some of the treasures). Go back to the lab and dump all of the eggs into the tank (might need to take two or three trips). Voila!!! The New Wave Bossa Nova (Zora song) is yours!!!

Windfish Song? you can't learn it but you can play it in the Milk Bar for the indigo and the head fat leader. You must be a deku, Link, Goron, and Mikau.
