How do you beat fox's break the targets I've tried everything I just can't get the one floating below the main platform

It is hard to pull off sometimes. Just jump down below the platform and use his up B attack. Aim for the target. If you miss, youll have to start over. Just keep trying. Good luck!

It is a tricky one. It took me a while. You have to jump down the platform and use his Up and B attack. You need to have precise aiming too.
