How do you do EYE TO EYE IN THE SECRET ROOM in BIG BOO'S HANUT?

I believe you must first defeat all the small eyes. These eyes will shoot at you, but you can defeat them by running around them in a circle. If I remeber correctly, there is a room somewhere with an extra-large eye. If you defeat it, I believe you get a star. I'm not 100% sure on this, so you might want to make sure by looking up a video on Youtube.

First, get the invisibilit star by the trapdoor. Then go in the door where you go to boo's balcony. Instead of going outside, go further in the room and there will be a picture on the wall. Go in that room. The BIG eye should be there. Run circles around him to get the star.
P.S You will know where the room is when a ghost comes out.

As Luigi jump on the red floating block with the flower in it, but don’t break it. Then long jump onto the platform above. There is a flower in the red block on the deck outside. Get it and run back inside. In the back of the room is a picture of a ghost. Go into it and run around the eye to make it spin and explode. You will get the star.
