Question for Super Mario 64

Everybodys seem to talk about the third floor (tic toc clock and all that), I cant seem to find any third floor at all. I suppose its not just above the first staircase after the main gate. Second, where do I find the second Bowser? I´ve collected some 52 stars.

The second Bowser is on the last floor right when you enter there but you have to beat the water level first.

You should have more than 52 stars to get past the star to reach Tick Tock Clock.

The second Browser might be at the same place as the first one after getting more stars.

Third Floor

Once you go in the door at the top of the stairs when you enter the castle, go the right and go to the right again and up the stairs. Once you get enough stars, you can open the star door and go in.

Jump in the clock to get into Tick Tock Clock, and jump up into the hole in the wall on the right and down the hole to enter Rainbow Ride. The hole on the left takes you to the Wing Cap Challenge.

Above you when you enter is the last star door. Bowser says you need 80 stars to open it, but it opens anyway. However, the stairs will go on forever.

Get 80 stars and you can go up the steps. Jump down the hole to go to Bowser in the Sky.

2nd Bowser
When you enter the basement, instead of going down the steps, go to the left. You need 30 stars to open the star door.

Jump in the floating puddle and beat the star. You will exit the stage. Then, jump in the hole to go to the Bowser in the Fire Sea level.

I think you need 70 stars. You need more than 52 stars to get to Tick Tock Clock and Rainbow Ride.

You do have enough stars, go on the floor with the levels like tall tall mountain, the one with the spider, then find a staircase somewhere, go up, and enter the room and there it is.

The second Bowser is in the Basement right by the water place, it's kinda weird because if you look through the spot where you go into the water eorld, you can see this opening, that's where the second bowser is, after he gives you the key go to the second floor and there should be this staircase, then if you get enough, there's a fourth floor where there's this trick staircase, (don't go back) and that's where the last bowser lurks.
