The hazy Maze Cave! It is in the title. Does nobody read the titles? There is a Big Blue Coin Pound Switch somewhere in the level. Consult a detailed walkthrough for details.

The blue coins are in the hazy maze cave. It's in the middle. The blue coins lead you to a secret door. Or to a hole. There is many holes there.
