You have to import them from your Gameboy game.

You must import them from your GameBoy.

After you defeat Rival in the First Round, the Second Round will be unlocked.

Second Round battles (aside from Little Cup) will allow use of Mew and Celebi as Rental Pokemon, but their moves are quite limited.

I suggest using a Mew or Celebi from your game with moves you taught them.

You have to get them from your gameboy and it's off Gold and Silver versions.
