How do you unlock Ho-oh, Lugia, Mew, Mewtwo, and Celebi?

It is not possible to get Ho-oh Lugia Mewtwo unless you have them in Gold/Silver/Crystal as for Mew and celebi they become available after you have beaten round 1 of the game. Also at the end of every round you will need to fight your rival he has Mewtwo Ho-oh and Lugia in the second round of the game you will need to raise your own Pokemon.
You need to obtain them in silver, gold,and/or crystal. Trust me, I've tried everything.
Get a gameshark and use the unlock codes.
I have a n64 emulator with Pokemon stadium 1 and 2 and I don't know how to get everyone I can unlock for both. I am using a kindle fire hd 3nd generation
