I only have gotten dugtrio and mewtwo.

That is not his question. Nobody reads the titles!!!!! There is one sign in each level. The Beach level's sign is when you start the level after the Pidgy fly by and Doduo runs off you look left and see a bunch of rocks. Look at it with your camera. When it turns red, snap, sign 3. In the Tunnel level you have to throw Pokemon Food (apples) at the second Pikachu to lure him over to the big egg. Play the Pokeflute. Look at the egg. As it goes up you follow it with camera ready. When a Pokemon appears, snap, Zapdos. Not done yet. Keep going into the room. If on the right there are lit up screens and happy Electrabuzz you are ready. Look past the second screen to the shadow pull out you camera and, snap, Sign 4. In the Valcano level at the start look left at the valcano. Throw a Pester ball in and ready your camera, look at the purple smoke and, snap, Sign 5. (It should have looked like it had eyes, if not, try again.) In the River level at the part where there is a smokescreen going up, play the Pokeflute. Look at the Pokemon that was blowing smoke and, snap, Vileplume. Not done yet. Look up with camera ready. You should see a tree and, snap, Sign 6. Hope I helped. Really.

You can't get mewtwo on the game. Just an image of it in the caves. Dugtrio you get it by hitting every diglet with an exploding ball, and at the end a dugtrio will pop up. This is in the electricity factory.
