When I find the playroom and they say "You a Membership Card".. Where do..

Walk towards the railroad in Toad Town. Stop just as you enter and see the tree to your left (Mario's right). Hit it with a hammer and a warp pipe pops up. There is the playroom. To get a membership card you must do some of Koppa Koots tasks in Koopa Village in the red house by the warp pipe. She'll give you a Silver Membership card, and if you do some more she'll give you a Gold Membership Card.
How to defeat Kent C. Koopa- Get the name. Can't See Koopa. Anyway he has like 50 HP so either knock on his back and then attack. Or use Pow Blocks until you have no more. Here's My Strategy.
Have Watt out in the field. He'll be able to get past Kent's defenses. Have D-Down Power and Charge on. Charge your hammer until you have about 2 FP left, and then use your hammer. Have Watt power you up with his Boost attack, and keep attacking. Don't forget to guard because of his slam attack and his roll attack. It could damage Watt, which could hurt your startegy as you can't damage and charge at the same time.

You get membership cards from that old koopa. I'm not sure if he has a weakness but equip the badge that lets you charge your jump, the badge that lets you jump and break defense and the badge that increases your attack by 1. Bring about 3 Maple Syrups, 6 Sleepy Sheep and 3 Super Mushrooms. Partner is the goomba.

Turn 1:You:Charge.
Partner:Headbonk.
Turn 2:You:Charge.
Partner:If he got up, do Headbonk again. If he is still down, use Sleepy Sheep.
Turn 3:You:Jump(break through defense).
Partner:If awake, use Sleepy Sheep. If asleep, use Multibonk.

Repeat until beaten. Recover HP and FP when needed.

To defeat the the fat Kent C. Or watever his name is keep out Bombette for the battle and 1st use Mamars power Lullaby to make him all asleep. Then jump on him (make sure you do an action command) to make him fall on his back. Then use Bombette to do some damage. And do this 'over and over' (its a song) and that should beat him. I don't think I am wrong with this. I got this from a walkthrough and I beat him the first time.

OMG to defeaat that easy as hell boss knock him over by jumping on him twice then have watt attack him then move your analog stick over!!! ATTACK HIS TAIL!

Just flip him over and atack his tail. It does more damage.

My favorite strategy is d-down jump so it breaks his defense and flips him over. Then use Bow's smack on his tail, which has no defense, to deal a nice six damage (if ultra rank) or fan smack for a great 10 damage. Since he only has 50 hp do this three or four times and your good. Also star storm will deal 7 damage and ignores defense.
