Question for Paper Mario

Where is the playroom? I know it's in toad town, but where? Do I have to be at a certain level?

I believe it's in Southern Toad Town. Where the train to Dry Dry Destert, and the pigs are. It's up to the top left, where that tree is. I think you hit the tree with your hammer and a green pipe appears.

I know you can get cards from the dojo in the first part of toad town,where the pipe to Mario's house it, that will unlock more games for the playroom.
