Does anybody know where I can find the power cell?

I think the power cell is won in a race.

Go to the 2 holes were floyd got 1 of the pyrimid keys.
Fuel your jetpack up and fly 2 the platform in front of the fuel pad.
Transform into an ant and go through the door.
There should be some speeders that leave when you get in there.
Look for an empty one and hop in.
Go to were the other speaders were and win the race
