The gaurd patrolling will get close enough that you can use you magnet watch to get the keys. Then you'll have to kill him to get a gun.
Use your watch magnet on the little box thing in front of you. The key should e yours now.
Use your magnet watch to get the keys hanging, then get the gun from the guard.
