I can't find the double agent on the second level, "Facility"

Hey guys, I cannot find the double agent, so I can't complete the objective, I can get the door I need to use the decoder on by luring a bunch of soldiers to it, but the objective of me meeting that scientist guy isn't completed so I fail the mission if I leave it. If this happened to you or if you have any idear what it is, I'd really apprecieate the help.

He appears randomly. Go up to all of the scientists and eventually one of them will start talking to you. Usually, he is in a corner by himself.

True. He looks just like all the others so you have to go to all of them. Be sure to check the side rooms where you go down the hall after the fast opening door. Also go into both of the remote doors. The one on the right is dangourous so only go there if he is absolutly nowhere to be found.
