First, you need to be Lanky and go to the area with the lighthouse - under water is Engaurde's crate to turn into a Swordfish. Use him to break the wooden wall nearby that leads to the Treasure Chamber, make sure the water level is high and go change into Diddy. Now go to the area with the ship wreck and on top of the water is some floating pieces of wood, one with Bananaport 4 - activate it if you haven't already. Next enter the Treasure Chamber, get on the giant coin piles and find your way to the other Bananaport 4. Then exit the Chamber, change to Donkey and use the Bananaport 4 on the wooden platforms to teleport to the Treasure Chamber - the Kasplat is nearby!
