How on earth do you get to the fourth level!?!?!?! I've gotten to the snow one, the water one and the other one but I cannot find the fourth one! Could you please tell me where it is! I've explored all over the island!

Well - it's right infront of you!!! To get to Dragon Forest - just go under and through the waterfall to the left of Wizpig's huge ugly face!!!
The waterfall on the farthest left of the wizpigs oinkyish face at ( need hover car, car is slow to get , havnt tried airplane????)
