How do you get the seal of the cracked wall with the giant bull in it?

Near the room with the Magical nitro is another wall with a crack. Detroy it and make your way through the ceiling in the library to find the astronomy room.
Then place the statues in this following order:
Gold = 2
Red = 4
Blue = 8
Now the seal will be gone and you can break the wall near the giant bull.
