In Mayahem Temple, you can get the Jiggy from the huge snake by sneaking up on it.

First, climb up the temple until you are below the nest. Then, stand under the corner of the nest that doesn't have any twigs on it, so that when you pull yourself up, you don't make a noise. Then tilt the joystick very slightly forward, so that you sneak up to the Jiggy.

Once you obtain the Jiggy, you can make all the noise you want.
