I think I remember this one. You need to use the "Split up" ability to get Kazooie to step on a switch in the kickball stadium and you can go outside as Banjo to discover that the lava waterfall has stopped falling down. Simply get the Jinjo.

Use the wonderwing ability from the original game (z either right or left c).
