right when you enter the level in the center of the town there should be a big rock on the ground with a crack down the middle you have to use the bird drill move and break the rock and they are underneath it

There should be a big giant chest-shaped stone smack dab in the middle of the square. Run around it until you see a crack, then shoot the stone with Grenade Eggs to make it explode to bits. The split up pads are inside.

Right when you go into jolly roger lagoon there will be a concrete block in the middle fire at it with the grenade
