If you're playing on the N64, you'll need a gameshark.

I have no idea in the real game,but if you're using a ROM on the N64
Emulator,"Project 64",just go to "system" and select cheats,and check the "Beta Bottles Revenge Mode" on it.

I would get a ver.3.3 gameshark pro. If I were you. I got mine on ebay.
