I have just beaten that one guy who tells you to jump over the high bar by jumping over the bar. The next thing is a sack race. I know I have to use that one move where Banjo is alone and he starts jumping around in his backpack but I don't know how to get Banjo to the sack race with out kazooie. Plz help. T_T

Near the platform where Mr Fit is, you need to have hatched the egg using Kazooie alone and divulged the Floatus Floatium. Return to the spot as Banjo alone and use the Taxi Pack to stuff the Floatus Floatium into Banjo's backpack. This will cause Banjo to float in the air to the next platform. Once you land on the platform, plant one of the seeds you collected near the start of the level.
Jump off the platform and you'll die, but you'll end up on the Banjo pad where Banjo and Kazooie used Split Up. Go to Mumbo and have him use the Rain Dance power on the Mumbo Pad on the blue platform with the checkered finish line to cause the seed to grow into a beanstalk. Return to the beanstalk the way you came there before. Ascend the beanstalk and you'll come to Mr Fit.
