Cross Stinger answered:

1. The Salty Hippo: Talk to Captain Blubber aboard the beached ship; he will tell you that he's lost his gold. Dive into the cesspool from the ship's port and go into the hole to access the forward hull and grab the pile of ingots. Go back up to the deck and pound the small recess behind Blubber to access the aft hull. Another pile of ingots rests at the bottom of the hull. Give the ingots to Blubber and he'll give you a Jiggy.

2. Nipper: To your left from the entrance you'll see an overgrown hermit crab, Nipper. Jump and have Kazooie Rat-a-Tat his eyes three times. Once you do so, Nipper will evanesce and you can enter the shell, in which you'll find the Jiggy.

3. Snippet Says: Go to the pile of crates beside the ship's cesspool and climb up. If you drop down to your left you'll land on an alcove on which sits Leaky. Excrete two eggs into him and he'll drain the cesspool in which the sandcastle is submerged (and destroy the Shrapnel as well). Go in the sandcastle and type in BANJOKAZOOIE within one minute and forty seconds, defeat the Snippet that emerges, and grab the Jiggy behind the grating. You can now use this sandcastle to type in cheat codes once you exit and enter again (CHEATOUTOFTHESEAITRISESTOREVEALMORESECRETPRIZES will force Sharkfood Island to jut out of the sea).

4. Little Lockup: Go to the stone pillar at the end of the cape behind the ship and go to the top. Pound the X and get flying. When you find another X, pound it and fly to the next. Continue until you get to the pillar nearest to the ship and a question mark appears when you pound the X. Drop down to the sandbar below and pound the X sprawled across it. Beak Barge the hopping Little Lockup that comes out to get it's Jiggy.

5. Shrapnel Lying About: Go to the highest Shrapnel pool on the slope of the mountain. At the bottom of that pool is a Jiggy.

6. In the Mountain Alcove: From where Bottles activates the Shock Pads, go to the pillar on the other side of the bridge and hop from pillar to pillar until you come to the tab on the mountainside. Hop up the tabs to a niche at the top that holds a Jiggy.

7. Harbour Alcove: Climb down the stairs from the Shrapnel pools. At the bottom landing you will find a narrow path along the stone boundary. Strafe along that path until you come to the crates. Hop across the crates, and then hop across the platforms on the side of the wall until you come to a niche with the Jiggy.

8. Shine Your Light: Fly to the top of the mountain and you will see a lighthouse. On top is a Jiggy.

9. Lockup Jiggy: Fly into the underside of the mountain into the alcove that has a large Lockup chest on it. Jump in and you'll get your Jiggy.

10. Jinjos :The orange Jinjo is on the end of the wall point near the middle-height Shrapnel pool; the blue is below the entrance dock; the yellow is on a palm tree on the tab on the mountainside; the green is on top of the ship's mast; the pink is on one of the Shock Pad pillars.
