Go down Loggo the toilet in pumpkin form. Be careful, as the pumpkin can't defend itself from the Grille Chompas and Whipcracks down there.
Once you've collected at least 20 Mumbo Tokens, talk to Mumbo to have him transform you into a pumpkin.
Now head to the other side of what once was the gate separating the mansion grounds from the cemetery and you should see a small hole.
Go inside and you will be in a chamber with a hedge slanting upward. Climb the hedge and proceed to the house's roof.
You will find a hole in the gutter above the wooden canteen at the front of the house; go over it to be transported down the pipe, right in the way of the Jiggy.
