To Click Clock Wood, of course!

Once you've collected at least 640 notes, exit Rusty Bucket Bay and go past the sleeping cauldron to the box with the Rareware logo on it. Pound the box and push the button to raise the water level. Next, swim into the large hole in the wall below the water. When through the hole, resurface and climb up the steps to the 640 Note Door. Continue past the Whipcracks and climb the tree on which the 765 Note Door sits, then immediately turn right. Go all the way around the foyer along that path until you come to a button. Pound the button to make the Jiggy podium appear in the Click Clock Wood puzzle chamber appear.

Now, go into the tall grass and look for an opening in the wall. Go through the opening and you should find a cauldron. This cauldron takes you to the one in the pipe whose opening sits under the entrance to the Clanker's Cavern antechamber. Go out of the pipe and drop down the waterfall, and then dive into the hole in the wall facing the waterfall. At the end of the hole is the Click Clock Wood puzzle chamber. Fit 14 Jiggies into the frame, and Click Clock Wood will be open!
