Cross Stinger answered:

When you bypass the 640-Note Door and get past the Whipcracks, you will come into the Click Clock Wood foyer. Go by the Bigbutt and ascend the tree until you come to the 765-Note Door. Turn right, go all the way around, and you will come to a button. Press it to make the Jiggy podium for Click Clock Wood appear.

To travel quickly to the podium, go into the thick part of the grass near the foyer entrance and you should go into a tunnel. This tunnel leads you to a cauldron that will transport you to the cauldron chamber in the conduit under the entrance to the Clanker's Chamber foyer. Dive down into the aquifer, go through the tunnel, and resurface when you come out; you will be in front of the Click Clock Wood puzzle. You need 15 Jiggies to fill it.

nintendo_dude answered:

You need to pass the 640 note door. Continue on from there and you should eventually find it.

roadkillers answered:

You have to pay 640 notes to get through the door to get there.
