OK, I know that there are 3 cheato books (blue eggs, red feathers, and gold feathers).
Unfortunately I can't find the cheato that gives you the gold feather cheat. I heard it was somewhere around Rusty Bucket Bay, but I still can't find it!
If one exists please help!!!

After you've raised the water twice, you'll realise there's another switch which raises the water even more, after you pressed it, swin down into the water and go through near rusty bucket bay (Just outside the level). Swin to the top and you should notice a stairway that leads to him
You swim through the tunnel under the red eyes and then swim almost straight up and slightly to the right to the top of the water, where you'll see a tunnel on the wall with stairs leading up to the book.
