In the Franchise mode, do what you always do, pick team, name coach, then go and release all of your expencivest players until to have only 15 left. After that resign someone to a 7 yr.

contract.



Offer the highest ammount you can. ok.... thne resign everyone to a 7yr. contract with the highest ammount you can.



If you do this right you should have everyone sign with only abot a 10-20 million dollar salary. It will say 7yr.
