Go to the bike selection screen, hit the R button and make your name STEALTH. You will hear a confirmaiton noise. Now start the race and find that all the bikes are invisible!

To get all bikes,and all levels (including the secret one)on the main menu go to options then at the cheat menu type in 81GGD5. If the code works the invalid code sign won't come up then race
