On the first level after you jump down the tunnel aginst the wall theres a box, jump on top of that then jump on the ledge and walk toward the far left window then jump in.
When you enter the snack bar click on the regester, this will open a door in front of the bar to the right up toward the cealing. to get there, somewhere aginst that wall theres a lil elevator that goes up there to find it keep pressing "A" untill you hear it move then when you see it bring it back down stand where it came up from then push "A" again.
In the bathroom stalls, where you see the alien behind himtheres a vent, shoot it then fallow. But on the right stall, if you jump on there theres a hidden space where you will find a first aid kit.
When you get up into the room with the projector in it and you look through the window and youll see the screen. next to the window theres a switich that starts the movie, once the movie is started and you see the screen theres a crack. shoot at the crack and a room will open.
before you got to the end out side on that edge, use your jetpack and fly up to the top inbetween there and there'll be a small open room with some stuff in there.
Right before you go to end the level theres a dark ledge, if you go on there there'll be a door that takes you to the shop that you see on the tv screens,when you go into the ofice area in the back there'll be a shelf with books and such on it. push "A" on it an a small passage will open.
After you go into the store to get out of there, on the right hand side after you first enter shoot down the chairs, trash can,and the galss.
On the back side of the desk theres a button shoot it or push it but you have to hurry because it won stay open for very long.
Theres the first level.

go back down and jump into the room, after killing the alien. along the wall you will see what looks like a shadow. (depending on your controller configuration) hit right button (open) until a door opens, you will get vitamin X.
also while in the projection room you should jump over the projector and a wall will slide up. theres an atomic energy on top of the projector and a key card i believe in the hidden room.
(you must have the jetpack to do this) get the jetpack and go into the street area where the box office for the theater is, turn on your jetpack and fly at the windows by the casino sign (i think it says casino) you will find smgs pipebombs here.
use the elevator and go into the arcade. while in the arcade you should go up to the duke nukem arcade game and press your open button. "dont have time to play with myself" Duke says. turn around fast and run to the holoduke, the only way i can collect it is if i jump for it.
take the key card and open up the door in the arcade, be ready for the wall to the right to explode and a pig to be waiting for you. finish him off, go down the hall and theres another pig right before the punch out(end of the level) before you do that, use the jetpack and fly as high as you can but becareful there are two turret guns you must shoot down, hit them and go into the room over to the left. there is a portable medkit (i think) and another jetpack
