Hints and tip for Dr Mario 64

Play as Vampire Wario:

Complete story mode with Dr Mario on 'normal, hard, or super hard setting sucessfully - To battle with Vampire Wario you need to deaft Rudy.

Win the battle with Vampire Wario and you will be able to unlock him in 'Versus Mode'.

To use the 'Redro Option' on the pause menu is cheating and so will be counted as losing.!

SUPER HARD OPTION

Highlight the 'hard' selection once story mode has been entered - To change the difficulty setting press Z and this will change it to 'Super Hard'.
