Game Reviews for Donkey Kong 64

This game is the best of all the donkey kong games. You can choose to be different charachters.

You can also visit a wide variety of levels.

Dont get all discouraged that rareware made this game too long. I didnt and Im doing ok. This game gets extremely annoying because all you do is collect collect collect for collecting's sake.





The graphics are good but i dont recommend that you rent it because this game requires an expansion pack and blockbuster doesn't distribute them. Overall, its cool but annoyingly long.

Donkey Kong 64 can be a very controversial game. Although it has excellent graphics and sound, its storyline stinks, like the previous three. Some people will complain that there is too much repetition.





That can be true with the many things that there are to collect. But if you are a complete Donkey Kong junky, or you just like any video game, you won't mind it.





On the up-side the game length is longer than some N64 games. It has many fun mini games, but some can get on your nerves very easily.





It has a very fun multiplayer game that uses the main characters in a battle against themselves.





Overall Donkey Kong 64 will suffice for the regular video game player.

This game is really cool, not only are there tons of little spaces to hide stuff in, but the graphics rock. Plus, the sounds defeat all the others. Oh by the way, only morons think this game is to long.

This game is a collecting game kind of like Mario 64 and Banjo-Kazooie.A slight difference is the massive number of mini games.




They're fun but get old. Another difference is that you can play as 5 characters.




For people who haven't played Mario 64 or Banjo-Kazooie,here's how it works:You run around as one of five characters helping people,exploring,thinking and running like heck to collect Golden Bananas(ooh!).




Golden Bananas(ooh!) come 25 per level,5 per character, and are(usually) hard to find.also you must find normal bananas, which are easy to find but you need many.




They come 500 per level,100 per character.Once you collect enough normal bananas you have access to a boss whom once defeated opens up the next level.




To open up that level you must have a certain number of Golden Bananas(ooh!).
