I have a tip for you that elps me a lot! In Bust A Move 99 (if you use the controllpad) and the aimer moves to the side too much, just push "L" or "R" and the aimer will move just a tiny bit.
If you use the controll stick push "Z" to go left and "R" to go right.
For some extra levels press B, Left, Right, B at the title screen. Then select arcade mode, and select the new "Another World" option.
