For now rules you must first pause the game at the begining or middle while in the game press start go to game options go to penitlties turn every thing off.

It won't work for like two or three tries but it will come through. You can do this in season mode.

SACK THE QB EVERYTIME:

To sack the quarterbacl everytime, pause the game and go to Game Options. Then go to Penalties and select no for Offsides (and for every other penalty if you want).

Unpause the game, and move in next to the QB. Then, when he hikes the ball you'll be able to sack him instantly. NOTE: Use a defensive tackle to sack the QB, or else there will be a opponent wide open for an easy TD.

And after about 6-7 times going offsides, the opponent will be on to you and block the QB more.
