EA SPORTS Announce "Revolutionary" FIFA 13 Improvements

While it was sure as the sun rising in the morning, EA have just announced the latest installment of football simulation gaming with FIFA 13.

Along with the initial reveal of the game, EA have also revealed that it will include some "revolutionary" and "game-changing" improvements to showcase that they are still the leaders of the realistic sports game market.

FIFA 12 utilised the new tech of EA SPORTS' Player Impact Engine, which brought enhanced realism and player movements that mirrored the real-life thing, the first notable difference with FIFA 13 is that the latter game will run on an advanced, second-generation version of the Player Impact Engine, adding "off-the-ball battles between players" to the collision animations that the first generation of it brought, meaning that a player's size and strength affects how well they are able to win the ball from the opponent.

EA have also added "FIFA 13 Tactical Free Kicks" as well as "FIFA 13 1st Touch Control". The former addition will see those incredible and awe inspiring goals that are born from unexpectedly lethal free kicks being inputted into the game, bringing more of what you might actually see on a real-life pitch to the virtual stage. The latter, FIFA 13 1st Touch Control, "transforms the way players control the ball" and is said to eradicate you (and your opponents') ability to dominate a game using "near-perfect touch for every player on the pitch". While this has thwarted almost every FIFA game, this update makes each play fresh, with play now requiring as much skill and determination, as a real match would, because now not even your passes are a sure thing. It also means that the dratted defense issues that previous FIFA games have been plagued with will be no more in FIFA 13.

As well as those delightful tidbits, EA have revealed a more expected, yet still informative list of the other "revolutionary" FIFA 13 advancements. They are as follows ;

- Improved Career Mode with major changes developed in response to requests from the most passionate fans of the franchise.
- New features to enhance the massive EA SPORTS FIFA online offering, including improvements to the wildly popular Head-To-Head Seasons mode
- Multiple new features and benefits to EA SPORTS Football Club, the live service that is the heartbeat of FIFA
- Complete authenticity with more than 500 officially licensed clubs.

The FIFA 13 release date is Fall 2012.
