2XL Games today announced that the free-to-play PC and iPhone/iPad racing game, Ricky Carmichael's Motocross Matchup PRO is now available for Android users. Android users can challenge their friends on PC and iOS devices, in a first-of-its-kind, cross-platform racing experience.

2XL Games also announced that title pro Ricky Carmichael is challenging racers to go head-to-head against him in twice weekly multiplayer competitions. Beginning next week, Ricky is inviting Android, iOS and PC players to jump into Online Multiplayer Matchup mode and race against him! On Tuesday, May 8th and Wednesday, May 9th at 3 p.m. pacific / 6 p.m. eastern you'll have a chance to bang bars with Ricky himself and win prize packs from Oakley, Fox Racing, Monster Energy, Cometic and MXS Toys.
Ricky Carmichael's Motocross Matchup PRO pits Android players against online competitors from around the globe on PC and iOS devices! Players can either select a rider outfitted in all of the latest Fox gear riding an official Suzuki racing bike or create their own rider and design their own personalized bike from hundreds of rider and bike attributes.
Featuring Practice and Online Multiplayer Matchup modes, Ricky Carmichael's Motocross Matchup PRO includes a full achievement system and leaderboards and the opportunity to compete in varied pre-set control schemes. In Online Multiplayer Matchup mode, players can go head-to-head on indoor tracks based on real 2011 Supercross track layouts or race on Outdoor National tracks including Ricky's very own backyard. Video out support allows players to crank up the action on their TV in multiple camera views including first-person with handle bars.
