Introduction
This is a guide for Blue Dragon on the Xbox 360. Blue dragon was created by Mistwalker and Microsoft Game Studios and is a Fantasy RPG style game. The five main characters are Shu, Kluke, Jiro, Marumaro and Zola who are on a mission to save the world from a great evil. The Main enemy is Nene who seems to be an elderly man however he is extreamly powerful.

The graphics in Blue Dragon are good, they are a little bit cartoon like however this fits in well with the style of the game. The game environments are good and well laid out. The monsters and enemies in the game are good and most are pretty original however there are quite a few rats, insects and scorpions. However there are not many game out there that have a Poo as an enemy throughout and one of the hardest bosses in the game is the King Poo (yes I am being serious).

The soundtrack is good and the voice acting is spot on throughout the game. The music is well composed and there is a very very cool boss battle song. However there are some points in the game where the voices can go a little bit out of sync, this is mainly happens when skipping cutscenes.

The gameplay is great and the battle system is fantastic. All of your Enemies are on the screen as you are moving around and you can choose to avoid them or fight them in a turn based battle. You can also fight multiple enemies at once should you wish to and you will receive a bonus between each round in the battle if you do this.

The main story line in the game although quite linear is quite long, and there are quite a few side missions that you can do for extra rewards and to lvl up your characters. People who want to get all 1000gp will have a long task ahead of them as the biggest achievements involve getting all of your shadow classes and levels to the top level 99. Or collecting all items and defeating all monsters at least once.

Overall it is an excellent game with a good solid story line interesting characters and a great battle system. It is a very in depth game however it does a lot to keep you entertained throughout. I would recommend Blue Dragon to any RPG fan. Definitely worth the money.
