This is how to get to Staunton island before the bridge is fixed. Steal the Banshee from Easy credit autos and put in the dodo cheat (Right, R2, Circle, R1, L2, Down, L1, R1) and the improved handling cheat (R1, L1, R2, L1, LEFT, R1, R1, TRIANGLE) then go to the bridge and past the barriers get a good run up and jus before you hit the hole press L3 and keep tapping up. You should clear the bridge.
