Go to game modes and select franchise.Then pick any team make sure if you want to trade players take off TRADE DEADLINE and don't do FANTASY DRAFT.Next go to MY MADDEN in the main franchise menu,go to GAMEPLAY SETTINGS,go to EASY PLAY on the menu,then turn it on,turn penalties OFF,then go back to the gameplay settings menu then click GAME,Now select Skill Level to Rookie and Injuries OFF. Then your garented to make the game easier and get to the SUPER BOWL.

Create a team, then when your done start a franchise with it, and the end of your season at the off season menu go to stadium, then renovate will be there.

NOTE( You can also do this without crating a team.

The only thing you need to do is create a custom stadium with your team).
