First you need to put supersayian 4 on gokus skill list, then go to settings and put the time on 30 seconds or a minute, theen go to the tournament, whenever the fight starts try to charge your ki, and when it's fully charged press R1 to transform into supersayian 4 then use your kamekameha ad in no time your opponents life should be lower than yours and the time will end and you should win.

You get it in the skill shop but it will cost 150,000 zenie. Hope This Helps!!!

For you who don't know how to get Uub, this will be very helpful then. First you must be Goku in Dragon Universe and go through all sagas until you fight Kid Buu. If you're doing Goku's Dragon Universe a second time and all you can do is fight Broly but not Kid Buu then you must select New Story. When you're fighting Kid Buu as Goku, you have to use spirit bomb on Kid Buu. DO NOT use spirit bomb with kaoiken or SS1 SS2 SS3 and SS4. After you have used spirit bomb you then have to fight Uub in the World Tournament and you get his Capsule!!! Yay!!! Hope this Helps you guys.

Equip omega shenron who has hi baseline ki with sparking!!!!!!! And use the teleport counter trick to ringout your opponent since omga shenron has 7 bars of ki he can tc twice

You can easily win any match against any opponent in the world tournament stage. The easy tip is during the fight go to the boundaries of the stage and when your opponent attacks you press x and and arrow towards your opponent when you do this you will teleport and your character will attack your opponent from behind and will throw him out of the ring and you will win you can try this as many as times you want and beat your opponent

I have looked up and have tried the cpasle cheat trick/cheat, and I am thinking that it is Bogus. Additionally, I think that you can only use a capsule cheat on Dragonball Z: Budokai 2...

Chose someone who has an attack that really drives an opponent back. For example, Uub's Ki Cannon doesnt do much damage, but it drives back whoever your facing towards the edge for an easier ring out. This makes advanced easier resulting in more money

Heres an easy way to get z, z2 z3 just use uubs story modes cause he only has 3 characters to fight and your finish his dragon universe unless you go to master roshi after that you'll have to fight omega shenron

What you do is once you've bought all the capsules it will say 86% so don't worry all you do is when you've got all the dragonballs with someone the dragon (shenron) will come and will say "you who have gatherd the 7 dragon balls I will grant you any one thing from among these!" and 3 wishes will come up a.k.a 3 special capsules, but you can only pick 1 and then you do DU again with the same person find all the dragonballs and complete DU and pick another thing and then you do it again. And you have to do it with everyone(even broly and uub)

After you've won a battle if you haven't transformed then transform, if you time it right then your character will have turned into a metal version of themselves.

Cell Jr. Get dragon areana then fight with a level 39 charachter and fight over level 30 opponents try fighting videl a lot it's easyer.

Be Vegeta. If you have SSJ4 skill put SSJ1 and SSJ2 and SSJ4. Put Three Galick Guns and an item that increases your Ki level. When you start the battle use the item right away then fully charge your ki if not already fully charged. Turn into a SSJ4 and use the right ki blast combo over and over again. WHen using it with breakthrough you take out one and half bars of health in one shot. SSJ4 Vegeta Rocks.

When your in a power struggle you know the thing whn you do an ultimite move you only have to press one button. Sqare x triangle circle I don't care and when you press it you have to make sure the bar on the bottom that is going left to right is as high as you can get it and you have three chaneses to do it. When playing in a tournament the quickest way to kill someone is to have at least 3 guages of Ki and go right to the edge of the ring... Then when someone attacks you quickly teleport behind them and knock them out

When you start the d.u put senzu bean to gohan (or other)
Then figtht with the saybemens and wait till the use self destruction then let you explode then use senzu bean and then do it for the next one.

(do this in Z1-Z2-Z3) it will level up faster.

You need to be playing through Goku's Dragon Universe mode. Play through it however you want until after you beat the fat original Majin Buu. After you beat him, and right before you fight Super Buu with gohan absorbed, go to the middle of the map where it is a dry desert, a little lower than that is a darker desert right?

Go there and you should be able to land there and there should be a cutscene with Tien and Goku. Then fly around that area a little bit and you should be able to land again and you will talk to the Supreme Kai who is now fused with Kibito.

He will talk about how there is another power greater then Majin Buu's and he is worried. Go and beat Super Buu with Gohan absorbed, and then beat Super Buu in his head.

When you are supposed to beat Kid Buu, it will be Broly instead of Kid Buu beat Broly and there will be a cutscene where Goku talks about a paper falling out of the sky and he talks to Vegeta about doing fusion to beat this mystery warrior, don't go to the world tournament yet.

Go to the islands that are on the bottom right hand of your map. Fly around carefully looking. There should be question marks and land there. Goku will get the Super Saiyan 4 skill. After that, go to West City and talk to Bulma, she will talk about how the dragon radar is haveing a malfunction or something like that and about how it has never happened before.

Then you can go to the world tournament and beat Gotenks. I am not sure what happens next, but I think that there is a cutscene with Goku and then there is either a dot for you to go to on your map or he fights Omega Shenron and says he can't do it on his own.

So Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta shows up and they fuse to become Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta. Then you will fight him and you only have two attacks but they are freakin' powerful. So beat him and then you will get him.

When your playing on DU mode and are having a tough time on Zmode, just change the mode to easy. And when your to the last guy, change it back on the Z mode and beat the last guy.

If you want a quick level up, have Z mode or Z modes 1 2 or 3 and change it to any of them. Then go on DU mode and keep killing the bad guys. After you defeat a bad guy, you'll gain alot of experiences.

When you finish dragon universe mode, a notice will pop up and it will say congratulations when you unlock all the characters.

When the saibamens are popping up, take the disk out and keep twisting the analog stick until a red saibamen pops up. When you start battling, your opponents health might be low.

In Goku's DU you can get so many (if not TOO many) Lv ups. Glitch: Saiyan Saga, Before anything, go to kami's lookout and get 1 level boost(Up to lv 21).
After you pound recoome on Namek go to a namek villige near the red dot and get a Lv up, then go to Guru's house and get another. Then during the cell saga, before you go to the dot, go to Kami's lookout and get 2 Lv ups.

Before any major battles fly around and look for a dragon radar and and then just fly around at super speed with the radar on BUT always get the radar on the first saga or you can't get all the dragon balls and if you lucky you might find some dosh while flying or some abbillities.

When you have goku with super saiyan 2 or 4, and have spirit bomb, charge your ki at the start of the battle. And when they are about to hit you, fight back until you have a full ki. Then use the spirit bomb.
If they don't die, repeat this process.

Hey guys, it's just me, Hera Ledro again witht he latest tested tips!

You all know Goten right. I know, I know, he's only a SSJ, not SSJ2, or even 3 (SSJ stands for Super Saiya-jin by the way, and that is how it really is spelled). DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE HIM!!!!

I am one of the few people that actually sees Goten for the unstoppable killer he is. You are all probably wondering "How the heck is that little shrimp supposed to beat me?" *Sigh* You people are blinded by looks, just like every other human.

Goten not only has some serious attack capabilities, but he has some amazing combos. I have murdered people that are amazing with SSJ4 Goku and Vegeta with Goten. Goten is the most powerful character in the game by far, in my opinion anyway. Here are some rad combos with this kid.

P P K K (wait for 1 second) P P P P E
Or (in lamen terms for you noobs out there)

Left-Square, Square, Triangle, Triangle (1 second wait) Square, Square, Square, Square, Circle.

This attack hits him in the air with the PPKK combo, and crushes him with a Super Kamekameha (which is how Goten originally pronounced it in show and comic), sending him flying. This is an amazing combo to use in the World Tournament Stage, as you can use it to ring him out (if you are a fair player, however, don't us this to ring him out. Beat him 1v1 with your fists and abilities).

This next combo is repetitive and used for raw power.

<-P P (wait for 1 second) ->K P P P E

This combo launches them in the air just above you, then the KPPPE attack (which ends in a Kamekameha) tears them apart with brute force. It doesn't do as much damage as the last combo, but it does do more damage in the time it takes to execute it. Use this attack repetitively, though not too repetitively. Use it and then use a few different combos to throw your oppenent off and use it again. It can be really effective.

Here's another combo, but for in the air.

Do the first combo, then:

E E E E ->->P/K E E E E ->E

This combo will warp you 4 times behind your opponent, and then , as you can't warp any more, you dash at them, then punch them or kick them during the dash, then warp after them again. Afterwards, you can annihilate them with a ranged attack like the Kamekameha.

This is a brutal attack that works for every character except Hercule, Videl, and the Saibamen. But it can be used to it's full potential when used with Goten, as you can hurt them with your first combo, and come streaking after them.

Before you go fight kid buu , go some where there are little islands get super saiyan 4 goku capsule then go to the red dot , beat to unlock him.

You can not get king vegeta no matter what you do or what glitch you find it's impossible. It's just people having a good laugh by wasting your time on a stupid rumor.

Bardock however is available if you search for a saiyan space pod on the first chapter you will find the capsule.

To get omega shenron beat the game in all alternate endings, on the 3rd or 4th time you should have to fight omega.

At first fight buu, then fight broly 2nd , later on the 3rd time round fight gotenks with gogeta, then on the fourth time (this will only happen if you find the ssj4 capsul with either saiyan vegeta or goku ) you will fight the other super saiyan.

4. After the fight you will hear a disturbance and take on omega with ssj4 gogeta). You may have to fight him twice to get both capsuls (ssj4 gogeta & omega shenron) thanks and good luck.

When your opponent goes into that hyper mode thing just dodge until he goes to about 1-2 ki guages and then taunt him ( X down down) and he should have almost nothing left in his ki guage.

This is how to get Meta Cooler:

~ 1st you have to finish vegeta's DU.
~ 2nd you have to get to the frieza saga
~ 3rd you have to get to the part where you have to face cooler (when there are more than 1 red dot)
~ 4th you choose the 1 in the middle of the map
~ 5th you have to fight him then you will talk to him at the next red dot in his meta cooler state.
~ 6th you have toignore the dot after that and go near the space-ship that looks like frieza's which is near the red dot
~ finally you will get the cooler's spaceship capsule.

This isn't really a cheat but if you want to know how to BLOW UP!!!!! A bit of the blanet all you have to do is use that characters ultimate attack such as vegetas big bang attack or gohans farther son karmahamaha ( also it don't work for some of the characters.)

This can be found in Goku's DU mode. It has to be at least the second time through. It is on a small island south of the central continent on planet Namek.

To get uub you have to beat Kid Buu by using Super Spirit Bomb.

All you have to do is make them face the wall and then just keep charging at the player until he/she fall out of the ring and you win everytime.

Instead of going to dueling go to practice and choose your characters, then in the fight press start and go to the top bit which says do nothing and press right and it should say guard 1 move it right twice and it should say player controls. Get off the options screen and give your friend the second controller and he will be fighting as well. You will both have infinite health as it is in practice mode.

In dragon arena people break in for different skills, if you beat them you get a new skill or character. One of these characters are Omega Shenron and he is very hard to beat. When you fight a level 86 Goten Omega Shenron will break in, and he will destroy you quick. I use Captian Ginyu to beat him. All you have to do is body change with him to win.

If you get really fed up with the game why not invite a friend over and play ki ball.
All you need is to fire an energy ball to your friend and get them to deflect it back to you, which you deflect to them. Keep this going and if your friend misses 5 times you win !!!

I was fighting in the dragon arena as a level 35 goku against a lvl 64 napa and fat buu broke in and when I beat him I got sparking .!! Try it!!

Find it to find the Dragon balls easier.

Make sure you have Cooler or Freiza's spaceship and put it on one of them. Now when you die you will come back as Meacha Cooler or Mecha Freiza, which ever one you are, with full health and an extra auto-charging kai gauge.

To get Super Sayian4 Goku when you get up to vsing Broly dont go there go to the southeast of the board where the lslands are and check all there then when you see the ??? click "X" and goku will start to say whats going on and then you will transform into super sayian 4 then you get the capsule

If you get all the dragonballs before you beat the game you will be able to pick from 3 capsules. If you pick Breakthrough and you are with Goku you will get super saiyan 1,2,3,and 4 and all his power blasts. If you are Vegeta and pick breakthrough you will get super saiyan 1,2 and 4 and his power blasts.

If your memory card has a saved game of dbz b2 you get a free capsule bibidi's pot.

Broly, Goku (SS4), Gogeta, Gogeta (SS4), and Omega Shenron(With Goku): Before looking for Vegeta for the Vegito Fusion in the Buu saga, look for Hercule right near where Buu absorbed Gohan, then a little SW of the red dot you should find Tien, he is unconscious, then just south of him you’ll find Supreme Kai.

He will say he feels a larger force then Majin Buu. Go Fuse and fight Buu. During the final fight instead of fighting Kid Buu, Vegeta will say to go find the larger power and defeat it.

Beat Broly to get his capsule. After Goten and Trunks will challenge you to a Fusion fight at the world tournament arena as Gotenks Vs. Gogeta. Instead of fighting him, look for ??? to the NE of the world tournament on one of the small islands. There you should get Goku's SS4 capsule.

From there head to West city near the bridge. Talk to Bulma about the Dragon radar. After, head to the world tournament and take on Gotenks. After defeating him you get Gogeta’s Capsule and Omega Shenron will show up.

Head to Central City. There you will fuse with SS4 Vegeta and get the SS4 Gogeta capsule. Defeat Omega as SS4 Gogeta to get his capsule. You just got 5 of the hardest unlockables in the game on your second time through with Goku.

•Bardok: In the beginning of DU fly over to Raditz's spaceship, you should see ???. Enter it to get him.
•Brolly: Beat Brolly the second time through as Goku.
•Captain Ginyu: Beat Captain Ginyu in Dragon Universe mode with Goku.
•Cell: Defeat Cell in Dragon Universe mode with Teen Gohan.
•Cell JR: In Dragon Arena, fight till cell breaks in. Beat him to Get the Cell JR capsule.

Talk to him then head back to Babadi’s Spaceship and fight Dabura (or if you want head for the mountains Goku fought Vegeta at and find Videl again and get the “Videl’s Kiss� Capsule for Great Saiyaman). In the same spot as Dabura fight Majin Vegeta.

After, head to central city (the city in the central of the map right next to a large lake) and hit R1 again to search for Supreme Kai. Talk to him and gain his capsule.

• Teen Gohan: Complete Dragon Universe mode with Kid Gohan
• Trunks: Complete Dragon Universe mode with Vegeta.
• Young Trunks: Defeat Majin Buu in Dragon Universe mode while playing with Vegeta.
• Uub: When fighting kid buu use the spirit ball technique and win Vegeta Play through dragon universe with Goku.
• Vegeta: Defeat Vegeta in Dragon Universe mode with Goku.
• Vegito (Goku): Defeat Super Buu as Goku in Buu's Body in DU.
• Videl: Go to plains with Gohan.
• SS4 Vegeta and Vegeta’s SS4 Gogeta Capsule: In Vegeta's 2nd DU, as soon as Vegeta is resurrected after Fat Buu, go to muscle tower on the ice island.

There you will automatically talk to kibitoshin about Broly. Then go fuse and fight Buu at the dot. As you go to fight kid Buu Goku will instead send you to find and kill Broly. Once you can move, instead of flying to Broly, fly around the chain of islands to the SE.

Here you will see a event with Vegeta complaining about Goku while King Kai makes it so Goku can here Vegeta complain. After that go kill Broly. After Broly, Vegeta will sense a new power but it's not evil.

Instead of heading to the new dot to the south, go talk to piccolo at kami's tower, he will question him. After, go towards Baba’s palace.

In a "plains" area you will talk to Bulma about Goku turning ss4. Then she tells you to go home (West City) for a surprise. She gives you the SS4 capsule. Now go beat Goku at the red dot to the south.

If you beat SS4 Goku, you will get Vegeta’s capsule for SS4 Gogeta!

1. Defeat Brolly as goku on 2nd time troou dragon universe mode.

2. Defeat frieza. ss vegeta will appear under the location where he was defeated. After deafeting ss vegeta. go to cooler's red dot. Defeat cooler to unlock him.
