I do This all the time, first go to season mode, then pick 6 team s to own ( make sure you have 5 suckey teams and 1 team you would like to own ).

Then put the draft on also turn cost limet off.

With those 5 suckey teams you could get good pick numbers. when the draft is done you should have 5 good players on those 5 teams then trade all the good players on the team you would like to own.

Then go to ownership change and keep the team you want to own.

IMPORTANT: MUST DO ALL OF THIS BEFORE YOU SELECT START 2004 - 05 SEASON
