If you're trying to build up your team but don't want to use created players or use a lot of them trade for the players you want.

Found out what player you want then found out if his team needs another type of player. EX. U want W. Sapp and his team needs a QB.

You can go into create a player and creat a QB with a low overall.

Sign him up from the free gents list and then go back in a change max out all his areas.

Take this charactor then and trade him for whatever player you want.

Once you're done with the trade and have all that you want, you can go back into the create a player area and lower the characters overall to 12.
