It takes a long time to buld up a created player. So put the game level on legendary. Pick the worsest team. When the game is about to start go to rules. Put your score up to 20 (or one point away from game point). Then score in legendary they give you 150 reward points. After that have a rematch and play until you ge how many reward points you want. Go to rewards and get buy the development point you need and it won't take long to get your created person full on everything, but you can only max one of the developments though.
