Full Review of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past for Gameboy Advance
Other Reviews for this game
Introduction
Why do we gamers so enjoy The Legend of Zelda series? Is it because of the challenging story line? Or is it because you get to pick up many different items to use against those evil creatures who so hate Hyrule? Whatever the case is, The Legend of Zelda A Link To The Past, remains one of the most exciting games for those who love the series. With the long storylines and the fun items that can be equipped, A Link To The Past will entertain all lovers of the classic SNES series remembering the first games that brought the long line to life.
Graphics
07
Considering the fact that this game is on the Gameboy Advance, I think the game graphics are otherwise good to what they could be. I've seen Gameboy Advance graphics and this game out beats them by a longshot. The colorful land scape not to mention the gorgous map, all in all these graphics give the Gameboy a good look.
Sound
08
Once again the makers of the Zelda series have put in another well sounded game. The music makes it nice at times such as when you enter Khariko village. They add suspense when you are on a dangerous miision in the mountains. The sound clearly helps make the game become what it is.
Gameplay
09
I have to give credit to the makers. To take a game that was used on an old NES system and size it down to the Gameboy Advance is clearly awesome. The setting, place, and boss is always the same. But they bring a new story out it and not only that but they make it so that it is challenging and makes you think instead of button mashing. With so many secrets to be found and different places to go it really makes it hard to dislike the game. The classic thing they kept in it which was exciting was the different treasures that can be found in dark places. Finding new treasure is really exhilerating.
Lastability
08
This game can truly leave a mark on those who have played it. Once you go through it once, you can keep going through it and find different things that you missed on your first time around. The different places that you can go makes it never tiring. The side quests are also truly fun to try out. The bosses are always fun to beat agian and again and the game really never tires until you played it about four times around.
Overall
09
Overall I give this game a nine out of ten for it's excellent performance. This game is definitely worth the money for true lovers of Zelda and his magical land of Hyrule. You all should add this game to your collection as it will be a excellent additive to your collection
Final Score : 82 %
