When you have unlocked happiness island steal a helicopter from Helitours and fly to the top untill you get to the first square platform. Jump out of the Helicopter and then run around the platform untill you see a door that has a plaque on saying do not enter. Walk through the door and there is a ladder, go up it to the top and you will see a heart in chains.

If somebodies coming for you in a car, press square & L2, you do a barrel roll.

The mission where you get the opportunity to push the person off the building well, get a trophy & stop yourself from pushing him.

Mark on your radar Happiness Island which is the little island on your map, then, look around & you'll find the heart of liberty city near the statue.

Always make sure you have armor whilst on a mission or in Multiplayer, your health doesn't die so quickly then.

See this is how it goes: I don't know but one time I killed a bunch of people somewhere then didnt go far but look away and walk kill others or woond them but I woonded the guys that I keep getting money from but here goes look away walk then kill or woond others then go back and there will be a little bit of money and then reapete it until you get alot of money ok now from where I was I was at some places until I noticed that most places I go and I do this trick/tip works and I was at one of the hospitals and woonded people outside in the front then I went back into the hospital woonded or killed or however it works people ok then went outside again and by the stairs where you walk down from the hospital and where you killed or woonded or what ever you do to the people there should be a bit of money and then I just did it for a few bucks lol

If you have played the game to much then to have fun you can do a few things.

1. Fly really high in a helecopter and jump out (you should turn it to the right so you don't die from blades.)

2. Fly a helecopter to the the top of a building that is easy to drive a motorcycle off of or mabey a car if you like.

3. Find a long side walk that is easy to drive down in a car.

4. Go to the boardwalks and play a game I call chase the pedestrian and beat them to death with a baseball bat.

5. And finally if your really bored try to get six stars and survive as long as possible. The secret to get it without the tunnels is to drive fast and shoot the cops chasing you in the the head through the window of their car.

If you need help, or are stuck in a bad situation call 911. They will send an ambulance, police, firetruck to help you out.

On the final mission there is one of those bird things where you get out the car with Jacob.

If the engine of the vehicle you are driving will not start, call any number in your phone book and the engine should function properly.

Cars:
The buttons you use for driving in this game are different than previous GTA games. Unless you go to options to change back to classic mode, but then there will be problems when cell calls come in, and being able to drive while listening to missions as well as other frustrations... It took me a little bit to get the hang of it and not do 180's around intersections, curves and get it to a point where I felt comfortable taking a quick turn and not planning ahead on which object would be easier to crash into.

For starters get use to using your middle finger for the R2 (accelerate), and your index for the R1 (e-brake).

This is critical and wont take long to adjust to. When you are approaching a turn you want to use the e-brake but DON'T release acceleration while turning. Hold both down simultaneously but release the e-brake quickly. It will take some practice, and depending on the car and it's handling, will determine how long to hold the e-brake before you release around a turn. Cars like the sabre and dukes wont need much to swing the back end out.

Typically I find for the majority of cars holding the e-brake down just for a quick second while turning will work fine. If your going really fast you will need to brake using the L2 button a little bit before using the e-brake method. It'll take some practice but after a while it'll all become instinct.

Bikes:
This is a whole 'nother area that will take some time to get use to. Especially if you use the SIXAXIS. This method applies to both but I'm just going to explain L3 stick and controls. Really you don't need to use the e-brake. Typically you'll just go 90 degrees and stop short or crash.

The way the L3 stick works is you transfer weight to the back of the bike pulling back on the L3 button. And forward when pushing forward useful for stoppies and wheelies, but can be used to help a lot with cornering.

For example while taking a left turn, you don't want to just pull the stick down and left because you'll be putting your weight on the back tire and will under steer. You wont be able to turn and crash.

Instead put the weight on the front of the bike by pulling the analog stick left and up at an angle. You will whip the back end out. Now to balance out instead of just turning in the opposite direction, transfer the weight more to the back by pulling a little down in the same direction.

It's really a balancing act between the different amounts of weight you put on the front and rear during left and right turns. If a turn isn't that sharp, left and down will work fine, really sharp left and up, basically. It's really fun riding the bikes in this game once you get this down.

First of all find a hummer/patriot or other large vehicle like the ambulance. Then drive it to the hospital in Schottler. Park it in between the door so no one can get out or in. Make the people run like crazy into the hallway to the right of the entrance. Okay, now make sure you do this with the knife. Stab them so the bars in the auto lock thing dissapear and they should be rolling around on the ground. DO NOT stab them once they are rolling around!!!!!! Once you have the desired ammount of people in the hallway run back into the waiting room around the back pillar type thing then go back to the hall where you stabbed the people and the money should be respawned. Do this lap as many times as like or until you die of boredom. As long as the people are rolling around on the floor then the money should keep respawning. I don't know if anyone else has found this out and really don't care, but I found it out on accident.

Too turn off the car, truck, boat, or chopper you are curnetly driving, press (triangle) while holding down (x).

Ok, ima tell you how to make cops jump to there death, or fall down so you can shoot them on the ground.
Both involve the bridge before the verry botom one between islands 1 and 2. Go to the little pninsula and under the brige to the right w/ a 5 or 6 star wanted. The idiot cops will jump over the brige's rail to try and get you, only to fall to there watery or concrete death. Look up, and it loks like it's raining cops! Bacon rain...
Then, drive on the subway track on that brige, or go on it, and jump between the are & l lanes onto the walkway w/ a 5 or 6 star wanted. Cops will jump over, and fall on there faces, leving them ready for a shotgun to the back. You'll build up a pile of bodies. Then burn em. Why? Cause I LIKE FIRE! BURN EM GOOD!

We all know there's the one Bernie gives you, and the one from the texts on the first island. We know more apear while driving one. We know there rare. But, after you can start doing Brucie's races, you can alwase get one easy! Just call brucie about a race, go to it, and jack the Infernis! Theres alot of other nice cars there too.
-Note: You may need to disrupt the race, or kill the driver first. Not all races have an infernis, but most do. Somtimes rases glitch, so turn off auto save just in case.

Go back to the china shop from Vlad's "Bull in a china shop" somwhere in the center north of the first island. Break the right window, and walk into the shelves blocking it. Press circl , ad the pots/vases whatever on top break. After breaking all 4, and still as close as possible to the shelf, jump twice. The first jump you just hit your head, but the second causes you to vault over the lower vases. DON'T BRAKE THEM untill you're in.

Cops can't get you easy, fun for online, and you can rob the cash redgister. Also, the back wall isn't solid, nither is the middle of the checkered section. Fall to get out. And no, you won't die.

If injured and near a road call 911 and get an ambulance make sure the road isn't blocked because if it is the ambulance can't get through you'll have to go somewhere where it can and ring again.

When you are on the mission when you can either kill Dimitri or work with him I'd pick to kill him. The reason for this is because if you work with Dimitri you get betrayed, again, but to successfully get out you have to get the money. In doing this you will face the consequences of Roman getting killed on his wedding day and with that a possibility of not completing the game. But if you kill him then Kate is killed but she dosen't matter.

In the playstation, are you having a problem getting the One Man Army trophy?
Well, that is no longer a problem! There are 2 ways to do this. When you unlock the second island, go to Helitours and steal a chopper. Fly to the 3rd island and keep flying for 5 full minutes and you will have it. Another way is on the first island (new game) there is a bridge with a subway underneath. Go to that bridge and walk near the police, they should come after you. Jump over the fence and you will land on the subway. Walk up and down that for 5 mins and there is another way to get it!

When you have to rob a bank make sure you're ready to do it first of all rob a car and drop you and the rest of the gang of at the bank don't get any cop attention. Then watch the movie and get the money and come back upstairs and return to Packie. Then watch or skip the next movie next run to the front doors of the bank and take cover kill the police officers until Packie and Derrick run into the alleyway you follow them. WARNING: don't try to kill all the police force just keep yourself alive this goes for the full mission.Next step is to clear out the police officers in front of you remember to take cover. Then wait for Packie and Derrick to run you run with them. Take cover again and shoot the cops in your way. Then follow Packie and Derrick to the next place. Take cover and shoot the police dead, watch out two of them are on balcony's this time there will be more. So you should move towards them taking cover along the way shooting them down then follow them and there will be a sequel. Next don't try and shoot the helicopter down just go in the subway station, you need to go to the left watch out for the two policeman on your right then carry on down the passage way to Packie and Derrick, kill the policemen and follow. Then take cover and shoot at the policeman it dosen't matter that much if you kill them. Wait for Packie and Derrick to go and follow, watch out for the train. Go into the door to your right on the track and follow the passage, you now have to steal a car and wait for Packie and Derrick to get in. Next lose your wanted level this can be tricky so avoid the police cars and use your radar. When you lose your wanted level and drive to Packie's mothers house whatever you do don't get the cop's attention. You could get a new car if you want to, to drive there.

When in the mission when you have to lure the man outside to shoot him with the sniper rifle just aim and shoot the T.V that will lure him to the window, then shoot him in the head make sure you do that then you can watch him fall to the ground. Next run away from the building and you would have completed the mission buy the way just in case you're wondering yes you do get this mission from Francis Mcreary.

Ok this isnt that important but I thought I might tell my peeps about it anyway! After you kill derrick and you go to his funeral you may go and look at his grave marker! But! I found that you can only walk through it and sadly you are not able to destroy it! So my peeps I hope we all have a very fun time playing this game over and over again! Peace out!

The 200 pigeons that you need to kill in order to successfully complete the game you should wait till the end of the game.By then you would have already got an email from someone called chilad, next you should click on the hyperlink to go onto a website which has a section showing on two maps where they are. Also on that website are the locations to all the unique jumps and the cars Steve wants you to collect or rather steal.

If you can't be bothered to write a cheat again then you can simply go t cheats from your phone and almost every cheat that you have typed in is there

If you're a bit stuck on finding all of the pigeons near the beggining of the game then do all the missions by then you may have killed some but to get all of them wait till you get a e-mail from some clever idiot called chilad then open it click on the hyperlink and find the pigeons section and click on it then two maps will appear on them all of them will be on one or the other also on that website there is maos showing unique jumps and other things.

When you press brake and gas togheter at a car or a bike, after a while smoke will come out. If you continue doing this, the tyres will explode. Something I noticed yesterday.

At some point in the game you can choose to kill dimitri or work for him if you work for him the game will be longer.

On Third Island in the top right in your map you will see a three roads in one. Follow the road go and follow the middle road. Soon you will reach an old abandone mansion and a nother next to it. Go and look around the house on the right. Then go in the back look at the bush and their you see the car. Its meant for street racing with brucie.

Before you get to a toll booth jump out, there might be a car in the way so wait for the car to go then jump out. Make sure you are going fast enough so the car will roll. The car will be on the other side so walk over and get in

There are many ways not to pay for the toll booth. 1 way to not bay for the toll booth is to drive and BEFORE you get there jump out the car will be on the other side of the toll booth, so you then walk up to the vechile and and get in. Notice you may lose a little health.

Somewhere in the meadows park area you will find these big things that look like water towaer but there is a ladder that you can climb up and at the top is none other than... Binoculars! But noe back to the hint (really an easter egg). These are a reference to the water towers in the movie men in black (the water towers are really ufo,s in wich you see at the end of the movie) hope you like it!! Have a 2nd chance with your grenade once you pull the pin. If you drop your grenade beside you by mistake press L2 near it and you will pick it up but throw it away quick and great for online play.

When you reach a high building with your helicopter and the heli is destroyed the only way to get down from that building is to kill yourself. Well not anymore: Open your phone and start sixaxis and after you start it cancel it. Now you are at the LC Airport and still alive without loosing 10000$ at the hospital.

I've discovered that if you blow up the green armored cars the money comes out just take one or throw a grenade at one wait for it to blow up and then collect the cash

To avoid paying the toll on charge island all you have to do is drive in between the small gap between the toll booths it's simple

If you've had alot of trouble winning street races or evading more than three stars then there is a car that rivals the comet and infernus. These two cars are very hard to get and other than the NRG900 this

Is the most realistic to achive...IF you have unlocked alderney city(the island all the way to the left of the map or are at the start of the game and can steal a Go fast boat (i.e. Jetmax or Squalo) at the beach....

Then pause the game. Go to Map. Pan over to "westdyke" in north east alderney.
There is a curved road that splits into three dead ends. Set your GPS marker at the end of the center one. Go there it's an old run down place with a three or four car garage and some Hobo's chillin. Behind the garage in some bushes you will see the roof of a car, Steal it...

P.s. If you've stolen the boat to get there. Go around the pointe, the car is on. Beach the boat, and sprint really fast to the GPS marker and get the car.
You will not suceed in getting it to your safehouse with 6 stars however when the cops kill you whatever you were driving will be in the traffic so keep a sharp eye out.

Are you tired of shooting things(objects and pepole) try one thing you may not have done before:ring 3595550100(spawns police helicoper) on your phone and fly as high as possible and then jump out you land like a boomarang but the thing is it does not come back.

There are only two ways to get these truly exsquisite cars. One through steve when he sends you the text to go steal it for him you can take it for yourself. Or you can wait for bernie crane to give you one as a gift. I highly recommend two things: 1) when you get your first one drive carefully to your safehouse(defeats the whole purpose of the game but if there ever was a time to drive carefully this is it) and 2) drive it around the second island and usually a bunch of infernus's will spawn right around your safehouse in bohan and just steal as many as you can and disperse them to other safehouses so you always have a backup. This is truly a rare and hard car to get.

After you finish stealing all 30 cars for steve successfully, he will open his garage to you and gives you money for cars you take to his garage. Now common sense dictates that the highest paid cars when you were stealing them for him are going to be the highest paying ones afterwards too. If you like to use cheats keep spawning the turismo and drive it in the garage and just like that you are $11,000 richer. The super gt (which you can also spawn with the cheats) is also $11,000 along with the infernus but the infernus is extremely hard to get.

I have almost 200 hours of gametime with gta4, the strategy guide book, check online everyday and nowhere have I seen anyone say anything about this: those Gruppe 6 bank trucks (they look like the police/fib enforcer) if you find one BLOW IT UP! And then you will have almost literally a truck full of money on the ground. Your best bet is to steal the first one you see(theyre green and a creamish/whitish color) and drive around awhile bc a rule of thumb with gta is whatever you are driving they seem to pop up everywhere and that way you can keep the money coming in steadily.

The barriers near the end of the city go thorgh them and then you get six stars

If you're having trouble getting to the statue of liberty's heart then follow this hint.

There is no need for a helicopter in this easter egg. All you need to do is go up the stairs until you get to the platform under her feet. Then walk straight into the south door, it will not open but Niko will go ryt through it. Inside there will be a ladder leading way up. Climb up the laddder from the north side and keep going up and there you have it, the heart of the statue of liberty.

P.s remember to get the clothes and flying rat when your up there.

To climb steps faster press ¤ ( square ) while climbing them

Go to playboys mansion, go to the wardrobe and browse through the outfits.

You will notice that you can get the glothes your guy wears in gta 3.

You can't getb these in any other safehouse, however.

If you go to the old mansion at the very north tip of the third Island. Look behind the garages beside the house it's in the bushes. Its a street racing car, it's very fast and very cool

If you're wanted by a ladder or if someone is just climbing a ladder towards you, while they climb the ladder, if you move the joystick down and press X, you will slide down and anyone holding on will be pushed right off, often ending in their demise from impact of the ground.

Drive a motorbike to the side of the pay toll wall. You will not pay a toll if you can drive through the small gap on the sides.

To get to it you need to jump out of the helicopter and land at the base of the statue of liberty's feet on happyness island . Then there are 4 doors one of them has a sign to the left of it and it says "no hidden content here" walk through it and climb the ladder . The heart is right above you . You will also hear a noise

In order to call a taxi, position Niko near traffic, preferably somewhere on the sidewalk. Spot a cab and press the LB Xbox 360 or L1 PlayStation3 . Niko will automatically call out for a taxi. It is also possible to order a taxi with the cell phone if you have problems spotting one. Additionally, Niko can eventually earn the ability to call a limo as you progress in the game.

Don't Pay Toll
If you approach a toll booth with an emergency vehicle (sirens on), the gate will open and you'll avoid paying $5.

Call the Police!
If you press LB while in a police car (stopped), you can call for backup. Officers will come to help you (though they'll turn on you when they realize you're not a cop!).
