First get a car like a (stallion, phonix etc) no bikes
Wat till night time till the hokers come out get in the car and drive close by and stop next to her press the down button t use the horn.
They will get near the car and will talk to you wait for a moment then sh will get in your car. Good. After that you will see your money decres by 1 dolar every second drive to a grassy place where their are trees and stuff like that for example; in little haity express way next to the police station after that in the grassy place stop the car you will see the car shaking and your life will recover and that is it

In your first apartment at 101 bay shore avenue you can see a ship at the front. Board the ship and at the back you can find stairs climb it until you reach the highest part and there's another stair climb up and you can see the binocular.

When you have that mision go to the place to take the man . If you go from the roads cholos will see you . You have 98% chanses to restart that mision. The only one way is to go from off road and fast but not to fast because his heart will break up( the man which you must bring to the cafe).

A) To hijack a large plane, get a helecopter or an ambulance. With the ambulance, get it on the runway and climb on top. When the plane comes by, run fast and jump to the area right behind the wing and press triangle. That's hard to do. With a helecopter, hover over the runway and wait for the plane. When the plane is underneath you, press triangle to drop onto it. Aim for the back and press triangle. You can't control the plane and you have to wait for it to get back to the airport. It will take a few tries but you should get it. THIS WORKS!! Don't say it's false. Go to youtube.com to see it done on the PSP.

B) Before the second island is open, get in an ambulance or a boxville and take it to starfish island.Take it all the way to the back of the island where the gate is blocking you from the second island. Take your vehicle to the right side of the gate and back it up to where you are facing away from the second island. Go back as far as you can without going in the water. Get out and hop on the truck. With a boxville, you may need to stand on another car first. Then stand to where you are looking diagonally at the street and sidewalk that's blocked by the gate. Run and jump towards the sidewalk. It will seem like it is blocking you but if you hold the forward and jump buttons, you should get over the rail and onto the second island. It took me two tries. There is really no reason to do this because the boats, helecopters, and planes still aren't unlocked til you actually beat the mission to get to the second island.

I have know idea how I did this but here is how I think I did this. So first do the crome traffic cheat. Then use the peds riot cheat. OK now you jack a taxi and press down and if it works then good. If it dose not then to bad so sad.

Ok, on the island that you start on go to the amunation, then go stright up the main road and don't reck and go as fast as you can and then when you go under that brige there should be a car upside down. Werid right

In your garage it say that you can only have one car at a time, but you can get out of your vehichle and the garage door will open. Then you get in your car really quick and drive it in.

When you get the message that you can not store any more cars in your garage, drive a vehicle up to the garage. Get out of the vehicle and go up to the garage, the door should open, go back into your vehicle and drive in quickly before the door closes.

Stand in front of a car with a person in it. Make sure the car is facing you. At this point get the equalizer pistol, press and hold R then press the down arrow button. Still holding the R button, you should be in free aim, then put the target on the persons forehead. Next shoot one time. The door will open and the person will fly out like they are being jacked.

Use the black traffic cheat and drive or fly to the water to the point were your vehicle is slitely in the water and your vehicle will not have shiny paint

PS. For a differnt resolt use the chrome vehicle cheat and some of your vehicle will become invisble.

In GTA: Vice City Stories, there are 99 red balloons hidden across the game. If you find and pop all of these, you can unlock weapons at your safe house. These balloons are spread across the map, on both islands as well as Leaf Links, Starfish Island and Prawn Island.

The rewards are as follows:

This is not exactly a cheat, but it is cool. Drive far south from the area under the bridge on the west island, but stay on the same road. Then, drive very fast and stop under the bridge. Sometimes, when you look up, there is a car on the underside of the bridge! If you shoot it, it falls down, then blows up. You may have to try this a few times for it to work.
