Remember to adjust your settings for diffrent tracks. And after about 30 laps you should, depending on your skill overtake them 4 times allowing you to win in under 1 hour except Laguna Seca as it's a 99 lap course and will take you under 2 hours with this beast of a car.

OK FIRST of all there is no one best car forever thing trust me on this I know. So if your starting out new just try a dealership you can afford then work your way through. And always make sure you have another memory card on hand or close by just to back up your hard work. If you every need money to buy or upgrade cars stick to easy races you can do and believe it or not it took me alittle while to figure this one out but after so many races you should wash your car it handles and works better. Hard to explain another thing is keep picking at your licenses once you get them cause it's worth it. The hardest one to get all gold on is the Super. Oh and one more thing car drive train is a key to picking out a car. Either FF FR MR RR 4 wheeldrive. Choose your car and have fun. A good driver memozies the tracks and the opposition he or she takes on. hope this helps some to you. I'll be back wih more info later.

Ok if you wanna drift, autumn ring mini is a best place to do drift your car and try your skills as a drifter and it's a good place for drifting and please use a manual gear if not I don't think you will be able to drift.................

Ok for all of you drivers out there who keeping fighting over the fastest car well I just have one thing to say and that is that the fast car on the Grand Turismo circut is the Toyota GT one road car cause I have gotten it to go over 321.27mph and thats on the test track. In one of my garages I have 99 cars and the slowest car does over 200mph and in my other garage the slowest car I have goes over 230mph. This is coming from someone who has beaten the game over 20 times all at 100% to. All you have to do is just keep racing and racing. It doesn't matter what you drive as long as you can drive fast and clean and set record laps. I just have one more thing to say so listen up everyone; THERE IS NO REAL CHEATS TO THIS GAME!

Go to speacal event tuned turbo race in bottem race and check out your new ride

Win any race except sunday and club Races som of them are good like the 2 dragsters one of them is last page tuned turbo bottem race

If you win HKS drag, then go to sunday cup. Pick one race and choose settings.Press L1 and find gears. Under the gears are "Max speed". Put that to 30
And exit race.
Then go to machine test and take max speed challenge.You have car what rides over 400km/h.
I got 429km/h.

For all beginners start playing with the D-Pad. It's easier to learn how to turn and how to take the corners properly.

First get $500,000 from racing Buy the ford GT 40 and tune it up with N/A upgrade level 2 Race in mid engen rear wheel drive Bottom race and get first! STATS: Even with a low horse power amount of 400some It can beat some with over 600 horse power

If you want a fast car, watch out for an RX-7 that has 7 gears, I think you win it in a special race, you'll have to adjust the settings on it, which I have and i'll submit sometime in the future. But upgrade it as far as you can and you'll have yourselves a very fast car. Enjoy

Save enough money,go to east city, get the nissan skyline gtrv-spec(r33)'97. Tune it till it gets to 581 horsepower (turbo stage3) then go to apricot hill 200km endurance.

I have tried for the first 20laps and after that it should not be a problem.

If ford gt40 inside the race, do be careful as it may overtake you without you noticing.

Take the Subaru Cusco Impreza Race car and beat the Seattel circuit endurunce race. You should get the GT-90 at least I did.

The best car is the calsonic skyline even though it has the same amount of HP as the unisia jecs skyline it has bettwer acceleration and top speed.

If you want to win 125.000 dollars in one race of 3 laps.... then go and buy a car like a MUSTANG SVT COBRA '99 .

(ford)in south city that car just cost 17.480 go tune the car to 390hp then go to race in special events and go to 80s sport car cup. turn the page and go to the Taihi Road and win it.

You win 10.000 dollars then they give you a car, go to your garage and the car is a R SKYLINE SOLHOUETTE FORMULA (R30) 555 hp that car will cost 125.000 dollars.

That's the most easy way to earn a millions buck in just eight races....

When you start the game you get ten grand. The best starter car to buy is the 1991 toyota supra for about eight grand and it has two hundred and twenty horsepower, not bad eh. Plus you also have two grand to spare!

If you have at least 1000000cr then this will be ezy first get the Gt1 and tune it with stage 4 turbine kit, and race it in gt allstars.

Choose red rock valley and when you win you get 50000cr and the speed 12 can be sold for 500000cr.

First get a good car and go to the Muscle Car Cup in Special Event. Choose the Seattle City Course.

Finish first and get a car worth 75,000.

Once you have enough money buy the Jaguars special car the XJ then go to Midship challenge in Special Event.

Also. Do Red Rock Valley. Once you've won sell the car you have just won for 250,000 and tada.

If you are new to GT2 & start out with 10k with no car then this is the tip for you.



First, buy a used car with either FF/4WD drivetrain that is under 10k, then race it on Sunday Cup until you get about 10k then tune the car's horsepower.



Keep doing that until you think that it is fast enough to beat every races in Sunday Cup, then now keep racing on the Sunday Cup & keep saving the credits until it is enough for a used Mitsubishi Lancer (any Evo).



Then keep racin on Sunday Cup & tune up the Lancer's horsepower once you think it is fast enough, go race 2nd race in Turbo race category. If you win that race you either get a Drag Skyline/ a Nismo, the Drag Skyline worths 250k you can decide either sell it or keep it. I currently have 96 cars with 90 somthing percentage complete.

So all you might think it is hard to beat the whole game but it isn't I have 100% in the game and have all the cars including the McLaren F1 it costed 21 million credits.



The first car i started with was the toyota supra for about 7k and just put stage 1 turbo and a racing muffler. But, before that I got all the License.



Which allowed me to go to all the races I wanted to do.

When you have made a million dollars the best car to buy is the toyota gt one road car. Buy the stage four turbo for it and you will have a 975 horsepower car. It can take the turns on the test track at 240+ miles per hour. The second best car is the suzuki escudo 2 million dollar car, witch is fast, but handles bad

TIP: When you are in UK VS US, if you already have a concept car (Dodge Copperhead) you will blow away each car in the dust. The car has the best handling. Now you can race and win some more money. Also, you know the Nissan Skyline GTR Vspec well by it. DON'T CUSTOMISE IT YET!!! Go to the first option (mufflers,air filters) and by the racing one. Then, by the brakes and brake controlers. After By every thing in the engine option. Then proceed to transmission by a racing transmission and a twin clutch and a racing flywheel then the drive shaft. Then turbo kit # 4 and high capacity intercooler. Suspension racing, stabalizers hard. Tires hard/soft. By evry thing in others and you'er set Now you have a 941 hp car. For all 591hp races you should buy a
RUF CTR2 SPORT and upgrade to 589hp and
it will win all 591hp races.It costs
440,000 but is well worth it.

If u want an easy way to get money, first you must get £100,000 and buy a mitsubishi gto for about £28,000.

Tune it up as much as u can and then race in pure sports car cup and win the last race, u get a car worth £125,000 and sell it until u get £2,000,000.

Then buy a suzuki escudo and win the red rock valley race in gran turismo all stars and win a tvr speed 12 worth £500,000.

This is a good hint all you have to do is win 2 million and go in to suzuki go to special and click to the next car the escudo pikes pike version this is the fastest car in the game its well worth it.

The best car in the game is the Suzuki Escudo Pikes Peak Version. It has a very good acceleration and it's top speed is so high that you will never reach it. It has also good handling (4WD).

The second best car is the other Suzuki which is the Cultus Pikes Peak Version.

While everybody saying that the escudo pikes peak is the best, sorry but I disagree to that ok, the car is fast the braking is a hell of a thing.

But i have a dodge viper gts-r wich a won in a special event and its really fast i hitted 229.96 m/ph with it.

I also happend to hold a shelby gt500 fully up graded, ok, your gonna tell me its not that fast but I dare anyone to try to out run me on a 0 to 100 even an escudo do that.

And the fully loaded skyline spec isn't too bad neither.

On my game my fastest car is the HKS drag. To reach 280mph with the Drag 180SX you must do exactly the following.

First of all buy TCSS and ACSS. Once you have these, go to the test course and max out TCSS to 51 on settings.

Put Super soft tires on your car. Then go to suspension, and then go under spring rate and put the rear at 20lb sq/in.

The front at 2lb sq/in. Max out the damper bound and rebound for the rear at 10 and the front at 1. Put the ride hieght at the lowest setting and then go to gearing.

Depending on your version is how you set the gears. On mine I had to put the auto settup maxed out to the highest setting and final also(2.500).

Then starting from the 1st gear I put it the farthest left and the 6th closest to the right.Then for aerodynamics, I think, they were both farthest to the left.

Now you can go to the test course and try your best. Turn around when you start and head the wrong way.

Build your speed up through the corner and by the time you reach the next corner slow down to about 210mph.

If you go to slow the 20lbs sq/in settle in on the back and you bounce uncontrollably if you go to fast you will hit the corner.

You want to stay as close to the inside corner as possible. Then when the end of the corner is in site hit it as hard as possible without hitting the outside wall.

You leave the corner over or at least 230mph. then slowly make your way back to the right of the track.

Then depending on how you set up the gears and done the cornering you should be able to just barely break 280MPH (not KPH) before hitting the other corner.

Your acceleration should start to fly after you break 270,depending on your gear ratios, so don't freak out when it looks like your not going to make it.

Hey guys, I know that the Escudo is the best car for winning the fast races, but the best car in the game is the red dodge concept car. properly tuned, you can win every race from 216 hp to 591, and even a couple of free races. That is a lot of races that can be run with out changing cars all the time.

HOW TO GET CHEAP GRAN TURISMO ALLSTARS

Gran Turismo Allstars are really expensive, so if you'd like to own a cheap one, use this tip:

Step One: Buy a cheap(could be be a used one) car. For example: a used Mitsubishi FTO.

Step Two: Go on to the 'Tune' option on the manufacturer of you car.

Step Three: Go on the 'Others' option, within the 'Tune' area.

Step Four: Once in the 'Others' option, go on 'Racing Car Modifications'. If your car has changed colour on the picture, go to the next stage.

Step Five: If your car has changed, go on the 'Weight Reduction' option, and buy all three Weight Reduction Stages.

Step Six: Having made your car's weight reduce, go back onto the 'Racing Car Modifictations' option, and select buy.

You now have a Gran Turismo Allstar!

Proof: If the letter 'R' appears in box you will know your car is special!

Warning! This tip does not work with all cars!

Note: If you buy a Renalt Megane or a Lancia Stratos(or some other Rally posibilities)you can turn them into Rally Cars, using this! Cool!!!

I would just like to say, the suzuki escudo pikes peak version is the fastest car in the game because how come I hit 434.62 kmh(271.63 mph) on the time trial on the test course on the arcade disc. But you need to change some of the car settings to do this, and I'm sure I can go even faster than that aswell

When I was a beginner(about 1 day after the game came out) I first bought a supra ..

I won money and souped it up then won a [R]Skyline Silohette Formula from the '80s Sports Car Cup, then I went to the Grand Touring Trophy and won 5 Unisia Jecs Skylines from the midfield raceway race and bought a [R]Penzoil Nismo Skyline, and it is the best 1,000,000 car there is.

Try various races until you have yourself a Skyline Sillouette or sumfin! Get an I-A lisence.

Enter The Grand Tour Special Event to win 30,000 bob each time, aswell as a beastly 700hp racing car. Sell for 250,000 bob.

To get really much credits, really fast.
Make enough money to buy an escudo pikes peak version. Get the super license.

Go to special event and the last line up. Choose G-T all stars.Race Red-rock-valley and come first, you will win a T.V.R speed 12 which is worth 500,000 credits.

If you want a really fast car you need the Toyota GT1, I got it to go 265Mph on the course.

All you have to do is set all the gear ratio's as low as they can go.

Also you have to set the very bottom one all the way to the right.

A really easy way to get money for a good car is to get your licenses and get a alright horsepower car and go to muscle car cup. It gives you $8,000 but it gives you a $75,000 car and the race is only 2 laps.

I have some of the fastest cars on that game. Yes I have an Escudo and a Cultus. I also have 12 other cars I've won. I only have two cars that ive bought.

I have 2 Rmugen nsx's, 1 Rtakata nsx, 1 Runisia skyline, 1 Rgt40, Rmomo, 2 Rdodge vipers, 2 Rdodge neons. I won all of these except the 2 dodge neons.

The vipers are in the gt 500 and the momo is in the gt 350. Almost everytime you race them they give you different cars.

For the all of u people who play the game 2 get the 98 version or model of the toyota GTOne u get ur best car what ever it may be.

Then go 2 race then gran turismo leage. go 2 the next line up. keep going till u se gran turismo world leage.

Race the race as many times as u have 2 too win the "98" Toyota GTOne. and can any one tell me how u get the GT90 (ford special).

A really nice car to get is the Nissan Skyline GT-R V-spec (R34.J) '99 for $55,980. It starts off with 276hp but if you work with it you could get it up to 774hp or more if you know how to mess with the gears. It has good exceleration and speed, though it will not beat all cars it is still a very good choice if you want to win some money. Another good car is the Unisia GT-R GT(J) '99. It has 702hp I believe. You have to win this one in one of the special races. It has good speed especially through corners. I beat two of yalls GT One race cars with it on either the two hour endurance race or the 200km endurance race. It was the one you race the Rome full course. The only reason for me even keeping up was the turns. So this would be a very good choice to keep.

To Doug, who claims he's the "Fastest Man in Texas," you're Pikes Peak Hill Climb time is a joke!! I made it up in 129 seconds in the Opel Tigra Ice Race Car.

A lot of people want to know where to win the Ford GT90. You win it in one of the Endurance Races. I'm not sure which one but it's not at Apricot Hill.

P.S. Does anyone know where to win the STP Taisan Viper GT!?

I was playing and if you get a car that is 594bhp not higher and just a little lower if you go to granturismo league go to the second page.

Click on the race with the english american japanese ang german flags and then go to the bottom race -rome full circuit if you win you get 10000 and a car worth 250000.

I was only getting 20000 of my races because i was a beginner but know i got a GT1 road special but your car has got to be fast and watch out for the austin martin vantige 4.2.

It's fast and to gett your car to stop spinning around get racing tyres super soft it also makes you go faster....!

I have got the game to 98.56% complete but i do not know how to get 100%
Also the best car i think or know of is the Toyota GT1 road ver.

I got it to 421.62kmph. The Suzuki Escudo I got to 402.51kmph.

Get a fast car (does not need to handle well) - I use Toyota Celica fully tuned but don't want to start a fight!

Go to Special Event and enter Wagon Cup. There is a race there on the super speedway - its easy to come first (£6,000) and you get an Accord wagon you can sell for £6,000 as well.

A better one for the better driver is to enter the luxury 4 door cup (I use the Mazda RX7). Go for the Hight Speed Link, it's quite easy to come first (£10,000) and you get a car worth £12,500 every time.

How to get the Suzuki Escudo:



Buy a new or used Mitsubishi 3000Gt VR-4 Turbo. Tune it with stage 4 turbo, racing intercooler, racing muffler, weight reduction stage 3, engine balancing, and performance chip.



Go to lineup 4 and select the tuned turbo car cup. Enter te test course race and win.



Then sell the car you win until you have enough to buy the Escudo.
