These are extra modes for the Evolution Disk:

Target Mode
Complete the EVO game disk with any character on any difficult setting.

Service Mode
Complete the EVO game disk with Natsu on the highest difficulty setting.

Home Run Mode
Complete the EVO game disk with Shoma on the highest difficulty setting.

Shoot-Out Mode
Complete the EVO game disk with Roberto on the highest difficulty setting.

Kyoko's Office
Complete the EVO game disk with Kyoko on the highest difficulty setting.

I only now what target mode is I don't know what any of the others are. In Target Mode you play Roberto and you have to aim and then kick a football a different parts of the goal. The targets are in hundreds so you have 100,200,300 etc.
