Nintendo DS - World 5

In New Super Mario Bros DS, world 5 is a snow world. It contains 10 worlds, 1 cannon, 4 pipes, 1 mega mushroom house, 1 1-up house & 1 red mushroom house. Here are all the levels of world 5:

World 5-1: World 5-1 is a snow level, containing enemies that throw snowballs at the player, however these snowballs can be melted using a fire flower. If the player stands in snow pits, they will slightly sink, so move & jump over these. This level has a moderate difficulty.

World 5-2: World 5-2 is an underground level with several enemies with spikes. There are also many pipes with piranha plants in them. The level is quite easy.

World 5-A: World 5-A is unlocked by paying 5 star coins. It is a sky level with mushrooms that become smaller & bigger at random times. This level has a moderate difficulty.

World 5-Tower: World 5-tower is an inside level, where the player will have to stand on a platform moving up. Several enemies & spiked balls will appear on the platform, so make sure to avoid them at all costs. At the top, the player will battle Bowser Jr. The level is quite difficult, due to the platform part.

World 5-3: World 5-3 is an ice level, with the terrain as purer ice, making it hard to move around & land in a particular spot. There are also many snailicorns, which will try to push you off the level. The level is a moderate difficulty level, although may be difficult for some.

World 5-Ghost House: World 5-ghost house is an inside level, which contains mostly broozers, which will attack the player, but can also break normally unbreakable blocks. The player must travel upwards, while avoiding these enemies. The level is of moderate difficulty.

World 5-B: World 5-B is an ice level, similar to world 5-3, & is unlocked by paying 5 star coins. The player must try to keep controlled on the ice, due to it being slippery. This level is quite easy, although it can be easy to fall in the gaps.

World 5-C: World 5-C is an underground level consisting of many broozers & buzzy beetles. The broozers will occasionally need to be used to make an open passage through the level. The level is of a moderate difficulty.

World 5-4: World 5-4 is a scrolling level, where the player must keep moving through the level. It is set in the sky. It contains many mushrooms that move up when you stand on them & down when you jump off. The level overall is quite easy.

World 5-Castle: World 5-castle is an inside level, consisting of many piranha plants & conveyor belts, trying to drag the player off the level. It also contains some ice on parts. At the end of the level the player will fight Petey Piranha. This level is quite a difficult one.

The player will now progress on to world 6 or world 7, depending on what form they defeat Petey Piranha in.
