If you enter the password '5C2B5 C8A1E' (without the quotes) you will be able to view the ending.

The following 4 passwords are hard-coded into the game and bypass the normal password decoding. After the ending the special mode passwords are given to the player but the other two were never revealed. The invincibility password contains blank spaces which requires you to keep pressing B until the third space is selected, then enter the password, leaving the final space blank.
