As the track loads hold Left + Square + Circle

Unlock Slower CPU Cars:

As the game loads hold Left + Square + Circle

Unlock More Patrol Cars:

Arrest 10 speeders in Hot Pursuit mode.

Unlock Titan:

Get ALL Gold medals in ALL 'Special' events.

Unlock Phantom:

Go through Tournament mode and only get Gold Trophies.

Unlock Special Edition Corvette:

Get 1st place in the Corvette Pro Cup.

Unlock Special Edition Porsche 911:

Win the Porsche Pro Cup.
